Acer has launched a bunch of smartphones including the flagship Liquid Jade 2 smartphone at MWC 2016. It has also launched the Liquid Zest and Liquid Zest 4G smartphones.
At the ongoing MWC 2016, Acer has launched a bunch of smartphones, including the flagship Liquid Jade 2. The Liquid Jade 2 is the successor to the Liquid Jade, and one of its highlights is the hybrid cloud storage feature. Acer’s new smartphone follows the steps of the Nextbit Robin, but is offering 10 times more storage — 1TB hybrid cloud storage.
Acer Liquid Jade 2 specifications and feature: The smartphone flaunts a 5.5-inch 1080p display and is powered by a Snapdragon 808 hexa-core chipset paired with 3GB of RAM. It also offers 32GB internal storage.
The Liquid Jade 2 also features a 21-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, PDAF and 4K recording option. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel f/2.2 selfie camera with 84-degree wide-angle lens. It also includes connectivity options like 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth 4.1. The Liquid Jade runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
Acer has however not revealed pricing or availability details for the Liquid Jade 2. But it has unveiled two other smartphones, called the Liquid Zest and Liquid Zest 4G. Both the smartphones feature a 5-inch 720p display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera.
