Apple Support service now available via Twitter

Apple has expanded its Support service to the Twitter platform as well. This essentially means you can tweet to Apple for queries related to its products.

US technology giant Apple has launched customer support on micro-blogging website Twitter to answer your queries about its wide range of products. Although Apple has Twitter accounts for specific products like Beats 1, Apple Music and iTunes, it has avoided a central presence on social media till date, The Verge reported.
