Asus Zenfone Go (ZB450KL) with Snapdragon 410 SoC, 4G support launched: Price, specifications, features

Asus has launched the Zenfone Go (ZB450KL) in Russia that features Snapdragon 410 processor and 4G support. There is however no word on when the device could launch in India.

Asus has launched a new variant of the Zenfone Go in Russia with the model number ZB450KL. The smartphone is available in colors ranging from Glacier Grey/Silver, Blue/Sheer Gold, Charcoal Black, Pearl White, Glamor Red, Lemon Yellow and is priced at RUB 7,990 (approximately Rs 8,200). The smartphone has been launched in Russia, but there is currently no word on a launch in any other country, including India.

Asus has retained its confusing naming scheme and despite the ZB450KL model number, there is little that differentiates from the ZB452KG model that was launched in India earlier this year. The smartphone was launched for Rs 5,699.

Asus Zenfone Go (ZB450KL) specifications

The Asus Zenfone Go (ZB450KL) features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) IPS LCD display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and paired with Adreno 306 GPU. The smartphone also features 1GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card.

The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash and a 2-megapixel selfie camera. Also included is a 2,070mAh battery, and connectivity options like dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. On the software front, the device runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0.

If the Asus Zenfone Go (ZB450KL) were to be launched in India, it would face competition from the likes of the Lava X38 and Reliance Digital LYF Wind 3 that offer better options at its current price tag.
