Honor launched the Holly 2 Plus alongside the Honor 5X last month. Today the company has announced that the smartphone will go on sale starting February 15 midnight on both Amazon India and Flipkart. It is priced at Rs 8,499 and will be available in dark grey, white and gold colors.

While the Holly 2 Plus looks similar to the Honor Holly, the difference can be spotted in its metallic frame and the removable back panel with a crisscrossed pattern. The smartphone’s talking point is the massive 4,000mAh battery, which the company says is good enough to last more than 24 hours. It also supports Quick Charging.

Honor Holly 2 Plus specifications and features: It flaunts a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735P 64-bit quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM.

On the storage front, there is 16GB internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card. On the photography front the Holly 2 Plus sports a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera.

Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. On the software front, it runs on Android Lollipop wrapped under EMUI 3.1.
