HP Spectre x360 Ultra-Thin Laptop With 16.5-Hour Battery Life Launched in India, Price Starts at Rs. 1,15,290

The HP Spectre laptop series in India got a refresh on Tuesday as the company announced the launch of the next-generation Spectre x360 model. The price of the new HP Spectre x360 starts at Rs. 1,15,290 for the variant with Core i5 processor, and goes up to Rs. 1,57,290 for the Core i7 option. The new laptop will be available via the HP India online store as well as offline retail outlets.

HP says the new Spectre x360 laptop is one of the thinnest convertible notebooks in the market, and weighs 1.26kgs. The company claims the design is more angular with the new model, which has a CNC machined aluminium body and comes in Dark Ash Silver colour with Copper accents.

The 13.3-inch display has full-HD (1980×1020 pixels) resolution and Gorilla Glass protection, as well as micro-edge bezels on the sides. Keeping everything running is the 8th generation Intel Core processors (i5 or i7 options), with up to 16GB of LPDDR3 RAM. For storage, buyers can opt for up to 512GB PCIe SSD. Battery life of the new HP Spectre x360 laptop is touted to be 16.5 hours.

For security, HP has included a fingerprint reader on the side, Sure View integrated privacy screen option, and Wide Vision infrared camera for login and face recognition. The new Spectre models also come bundled with a Windows Ink Certified pen for a natural drawing and writing experience on the screen; with 15 seconds of charging, the pen can deliver up to 198 minutes of usage.
