At NAB 2019 Hawk-Woods was showing their Real-Power 48V 500 RP Converter.
The Real-Power 48V 500 RP Converter was designed to remotely power lights such as the ARRI SkyPanels series. The power converter can run any high powered light that has a 48V DC input
You need to use four 26V batteries on the power converter to be able to output 48V. Depending on what capacity batteries you are using you can generate anything between 800-1400W. If you used the power converter com with four Hawk-woods RP-350N batteries,you can power the ARRI SkyPanel S120-C at 100% light output (430wh) for up to 3 Hours and 15.
The Real-Power 48V 500 RP Converter also has a 22-29V output so that it can also power 24V lights as well as some cameras.
