The LG Stylus 2 Plus is the upgraded version of the Stylus 2 smartphone.
Last month, LG had announced a new addition to its Stylus series called the Stylus 2 Plus. Initially the smartphone was available only in Taiwan, but according to Mumbai-based Mahesh Telecom, the smartphone is set to be soon launched in India. According to the retailer, the Stylus 2 Plus will be priced at Rs 25,990. It will be available in three color options — titan, gold and brown.

As the name suggests, the LG Stylus 2 Plus is an upgraded version of the LG Stylus 2, which was launched in India back in May. The smartphone was launched for Rs 19,500. Like its predecessor, the new smartphone too is bundled with a ‘nano-coated stylus’.
LG Stylus 2 Plus Specifications and features: The smartphone features a 5.7-inch full HD (1080p) display, and it is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. This variant comes with 16GB storage, but there is also a variant with 32GB storage and 3GB of RAM. There is also a microSD present for expanding the internal storage.
On the photography front, the Stylus 2 Plus sports a 16-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera. The smartphone has a 3,000mAh battery and includes connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The phablet also has a fingerprint sensor embedded at the back. On the software front the Stylus 2 Plus runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
When launched in India, the LG Stylus 2 Plus will face competition from the likes of LeEco Le Max2, Mi 5, Coolpad Max and Yu Yutopia. Needless to say these smartphones offer a much better set of specifications and features than LG’s smartphone.
LG recently also launched a new smartphone called the Stylo 2 Plus, priced at $70 (approximately Rs 10,000). The smartphone features a 5.7 inch 720p display, 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. It also comes with 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras, 2,900mAh battery and connectivity options like 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth.
