Details about the Samsung Galaxy Note7 have continued to emerge online ahead of the August 2 event in New York. Latest leaks reveal wallpapers and battery capacity of the Galaxy Note7.
Samsung is gearing up to launch its Galaxy Note7 on August 2 in New York. Prior to the official launch, the latest Galaxy Note smartphone has been subjected to several leaks, giving us a clear picture of how the Galaxy Note7 is going to turn out. Now, we have leaked high resolution wallpapers of the Galaxy Note7.
First reported by AndroidAuthority, some of these wallpapers have already been spotted in previous Galaxy Note 7 leaks. The leaked wallpapers are pretty simple and come with S Pen themed wallpaper, which will be available in four colors. The S Pen wallpapers also give us an idea of what the Galaxy Note7 colors might look like. The colors include black onyx, silver titanium, and blue coral, and gold. There are a few pastel geometric types of wallpaper as well.
Apart from the leaked wallpapers, another round of leaks reveal that the Galaxy Note7 will come with a 3,500mAh battery not 3,600mAh or 4,000mAh as rumored previously. It may be recalled that the Galaxy Note7 is also rumored to come with USB Type-C support for fast charge.

The Galaxy Note7 is expected to come in just one variant – sporting a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED with dual-curved edges. The phablet could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 or Samsung’s Exynos 8893 chipset, which will depend on the market the smartphone is launching.
The Galaxy Note7 will come with 4GB of RAM. The base variant of the smartphone is rumored to come with 64GB internal storage, while top-end variant is likely to have 256GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, the phablet is expected to sport a 12-megapixel dual-pixel camera and up front, a 5-megapixel selfie camera is expected. As per the latest leak, the Galaxy Note7 will come with 3,500mAh battery, while the previous rumors had suggested that the smartphone will come with a 3,600mAh or 4,000mAh battery.
On the connectivity front, the smartphone will support Bluetooth, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and GPS. And there are rumors that the Galaxy Note7 is also expected to be Samsung’s first device to feature USB Type-C connectivity port. It is likely to run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with Samsung TouchWiz Grace UI on top. Other features such as IP68 certification for water and dust proofing, always-on display and improved S Pen functionality are expected.
