From smart mosquito repellent to smart cookers, Xiaomi has launched a slew of smart devices under its Mi Ecosystem. Now, the company has introduced a new smart electric toothbrush, dubbed the Xiaomi Soocare X3. This smart electric toothbrush is priced at $34, which is Rs 2,300 approximately.
The Soocare X3 uses a magnetic levitation acoustic wave motor, which has a swing speed as high as 37,200 per minute, to facilitate perfect cleaning of the teeth. The head of smart toothbrush is made of a material called Tynex, which had to be imported from an American brand called DuPont. The Xiaomi Soocare X3 also comes with a G-sensor which helps detect the toothbrush’s movement while in use. Being a smart device, the electric toothbrush is connected and controlled directly from a smartphone by using a proprietary app for the same.
Naturally, the Xiaomi Soocare X3 comes with an IPX7 waterproof certification. So there is no hassle of ruining a toothbrush while cleaning. On the connectivity front, the smart toothbrush features Bluetooth, which connects it to a smartphone and track details like remaining battery and other relevant information.
The Soocare X3 is fueled by a 1000mAh battery, which according to Xiaomi lasts about 25 days without charging. And toothbrush battery takes about 13 hours to charge to full. Additionally, the Xiaomi Soocare X3 comes along with a wireless charging support. The Xiaomi Soocare X3 is currently only available for crowd-funding in China for a price of just 229 Yuan or $34 (Rs 2,299 approx).
Just last week, Xiaomi also launched the MIJIA Portable Mosquito Repeller in China. Smaller than a tennis ball, the smart mosquito repeller by Xiaomi is fueled by a power bank, and costs only $4, which is Rs 270 approximately.
