If you want to shed weight and stay in shape, but don’t want to go to stinking gyms, Pornhub has an interesting solution for you. Called the BangFit, this new platform helps you build your body by performing sexual exercise, well sex. Pornhub has also introduced a dedicated website bang.fit (mildly NSFW) to offer you more in-depth information.
So here’s how it works. Basically Pornhub offers you videos for sexercising, which you can follow along. To measure how many calories you have burnt, you will need to put a strap on your waist called BangFit Band and pair your smartphone with the game. The BangFit band will be available soon.
To pair your smartphone, first you need to open bangfit.mobi on your smartphone and enter the code shown on the desktop. After you have paired it with your smartphone, you can follow the video and check how many calories you have burned. If you aren’t shy, you can share your score on the social media as well. If you are good, Pornhub will motivate you with phrases like ‘You Are Porn God’ and ‘You’re the gymanastiest’ among others.
There are multiple options for workouts, preferably with a partner, but Pornhub does empathize with your loneliness, and lets you workout solo as well. You can get a good idea of how this works in this animated trailer below.
Porhub’s new platform looks quite interesting, if not very weird. If you are doubting that this will actually help reduce weight or stay in shape, Pornhub says the new platform is actually based on scientific researches.
“Bangfit was designed after exhaustive research through the thousands of sexercise studies/articles, consulting with health and fitness experts and professionals (including personal trainers) and cross referencing that with anecdotal evidence on what are the most fun sex positions,” Bangfit told Mashable.

Pornhub is among the first adult websites to embrace the new technology. It already offers porn content in virtual reality and even in 3D. It also has applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
