Pokémon GO to be soon rolled out in 200 markets, Nintendo confirms

The augmented reality game’s creators, Nintendo and Niantic are working hard to rollout Pokémon Go globally.

Good news awaits all Pokémon GO fanatics, as the global rollout for the game will happen soon enough. Nintendo is planning to launch the mobile game in around 200 countries and regions. Pokémon GO made its way to the digital world first in US, Australia and New Zealand and now the UK and Germany has joined the trio in continuing this gaming craze.

The head of developer of Nintendo said, in an interview with Reuters that they plan to launch the game in 200 countries and regions “relatively soon.” He also said that they are working on their server capacity for a global rollout. John Hanke, of Niantic seemed very positive on rolling out the game to as many countries as possible.

Pokémon GO had a massive response soon as it rolled out. Even the Niantic servers suffered glitches due to the massive response, temporarily halting the rollout. But it looks like Niantic and Nintendo are working vigorously on bringing it out for all its global fans. While the game has still not been launched in many major markets, this has not stopped them from playing it. Thanks to the APK file of Pokémon GO, Android users globally have downloaded the game and are surely having a blast with it.

Pokémon GO is already doing massively well with Nintendo’s shares rising by 16 percent. This only goes to say how it would positively affect their profit once the global rollout increases. Pokémon GO has also beaten the biggest social media platforms Facebook and Twitter in terms of daily users. Pokémon GO’s success has taken the world by storm and looks like it will only get bigger breaking more records.
